Delete Account

Delete inside the app

Open CalorieTalk, go to Profile → Delete account.

Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your account and personal app data unless limited retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, backup recovery, or dispute handling.

Request deletion from the website

If you cannot access the app, email support@calorietalkapp.com with the subject "Delete my CalorieTalk account".

Include the email address used for your CalorieTalk account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data.

What is deleted

Deletion covers account details, profile details, meal logs, nutrition history, targets, preferences, and progress data connected to your account, unless a limited record must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup recovery, or dispute reasons.

De-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you may be retained to improve the service.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Some backup or security records may take longer to expire from protected systems.
